Aubameyang sends Piers Morgan and Arsenal fans message amid superb Barcelona form Pierre-Emerick

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has admitted that all parties have benefited from him leaving Arsenal during the January transfer window.

The Gabon international was stripped of his captaincy in north London back in December following a disciplinary breach and failed to make any of Mikel Arteta’s subsequent matchday squads before eventually departing for the Blaugrana at the end of the winter window.

He has since enjoyed an excellent run of form, scoring six times in nine outings for Xavi’s side, with controversial Gunners supporter Piers Morgan taking to social media to criticise fans for their treatment of the former Borussia Dortmund centre-forward.
